Peach Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
2 16-oz. cans of peaches (in heavy syrup)
1/4 c. of lemon extract (fresh)
3/4 c. of syrup
Instructions:
Put peaches through food mill. Mix the lemon extract and syrup. Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze. This makes around 4 cups.
