Pear Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
2 16-oz. cans of pears (in heavy syrup)
6 Tbsps. of lemon extract (fresh)
1 c. and 2 Tbsps. of syrup
Instructions:
Put pears through the food mill. Mix the lemon extract, cream and syrup. Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze. This makes around 4 cups.
