Philadelphia Blue Recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 c of sugar (refined)
2 c of cream
1 c of pureed blueberries

Instructions:

Heat the cream till it begins to steam or bubble. Take out from the heat then add sugar; stir thoroughly till dissolved completely. Add the blueberry puree then let it cool. Freeze inside the ice cream maker.
