Pineapple Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 3/4 c. of syrup
1 20-oz. can of pineapple (with juice)
Instructions:
Drain pineapple, keeping its juice (to be used later). Put pineapple through the food mill and process ’til it appears to be extremely frothy. Around two cups of puree are needed.
Mix in syrup and stir. Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze. This makes around 3.5 cups.
