Plum Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. of sugar
9 pcs. of red plum (ripe)
1 c. of water
1 tsp. of lemon extract (fresh)
Instructions:
Over minimal heat, combine water and sugar in saucepan. Stir ’til sugar has dissolved. Increasing the heat, bring it to a boil. Allow the syrup to cool.
Half plums then pit. Put them through the food mill to puree. Strain the puree into a bowl. Mix in sugar syrup (a cup) then add lemon extract.
Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze.
