Ingredients:
14 ounces of pumpkin (canned)
8 Tablespoons of sugar (brown)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg (ground)
1/4 teaspoon of ginger (ground)
8 Tablespoons of maple syrup
8 ounces of milk
16 ounces of cream (whipping)
Instructions:
Combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, maple syrup, milk, and whipping cream; mix thoroughly. Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.
