Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. of cornstarch
1/4 c. of corn syrup
3 c. of raspberries
1 c. of yogurt (plain)
1 c. of milk
2/3 c. of sugar
Instructions:
Put raspberries through food mill for around a minute (or ’til smooth) to puree. Strain puree and throw away seeds. Then set the puree aside.
In saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar. Pour in milk then let mixture boil. This is cooked for a minute, constantly stirring. Remove this from heat, and mix the puree plus corn syrup.
After letting it cool, stir mixture together with the yogurt inside a medium-sized bowl. Cover mixture; let it chill for eight hours.
Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze.
