Raspberry Recipe I

Ingredients:

3 pcs of eggs
1 pc of yolk (egg)
1-1/2 c of sugar (refined)
2 c of cream (table, 18%PRCTG% milk fat)
2 c of raspberries

Instructions:

Beat the eggs and add sugar, while beating continuously. Heat the cream till steaming then add onto the egg mixture; stir thoroughly. Let it cool thoroughly. Mash the raspberries and add onto the cooled mixture.

Place inside the (ice cream) maker and freeze.
