Raspberry Recipe II
Ingredients:
4 c of raspberries (fresh)
1-1/2 c of sugar (refined)
Juice from 1/2 pc of lemon
2 pcs of eggs (large)
2 c of cream (heavy)
1 c of milk
Instructions:
Combine raspberries, juice, and (3/4 cup) sugar inside a medium bowl; toss them well and cover. Place inside the refrigerator for two hours; stir every half hour.
Beat eggs inside a medium bowl till fluffy and light then gradually add remaining sugar, while beating continuously till blended well. Add milk along with cream; beat thoroughly till blended well.
Drain juice in raspberries then add onto the mixture of cream; blend thoroughly. Mash raspberries till pureed then add onto the mixture of cream; stir thoroughly. Transfer onto the (ice cream) maker then freeze.
