Raspberry Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pts. of raspberries; hulled and washed
1/4 c. of lemon extract (fresh)
1 1/3 c. of syrup
Instructions:
Put raspberries through the food mill to puree. Around 3 cupfuls of puree are needed. Mix in syrup (a cup) and lemon extract. Taste mixture and pour in more syrup as necessary.
Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze. Around 3.5 cupfuls will be made.
