Rum Raisin Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of raisins
1 c of milk
1/2 c of rum
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
2 pcs of eggs (large)
2 c of cream
Instructions:
Cover rum onto the raisins and let it stand for over a night. Warm or slightly heat milk on a saucepan. Beat eggs and sugar on a mixing bowl then gradually add the warmed milk, while beating continuously.
Pour back inside the saucepan then heat gently till thick; stir constantly, don’t boil the mixture.
Let it cool then add the cream. Refrigerate till chilled. Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker. When mixture starts to harden, add the rum raisins.
