Sugar-Free Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of gelatin (plain)
2-1/2 cups of milk (low fat)
8 Tablespoons of chocolate mix (Nestle Quick Sugar Free)
1 cup of yogurt (solid half from 2 c of yogurt strained for overnight); drained
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/8 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Soften the gelatin with half cup of milk then heat inside a saucepan till gelatin has dissolved. Take out from the heat then place the saucepan on a bowl with ice or very cold water till mixture has cooled (at room temperature).
Pour the mixture onto a processor then add milk, chocolate drink mix, yogurt, salt, and vanilla; blend till smooth and cover.
Refrigerate till chilled. Blend gently for some seconds then transfer on the (ice cream) maker and freeze.
