Sugar-Free Vanilla Recipe

Ingredients:

3 pcs of eggs
2 c of half-and-half
7 tsps of artificial sweetener (Equal)
2 c of whipping cream
2 c of whole milk
2-1/2 Tbsps of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions:

Combine eggs and half-and-half; beat thoroughly. Add sweetener, cream, milk, vanilla, and salt; mix thoroughly. Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.
