Tropical Coconut Recipe

Ingredients:

“Old Time Vanilla” recipe
1-1/2 c of half-and-half
3 c of shredded coconut
1/3 tsp of coconut extract

Instructions:

Combine half-and-half and coconut. Prepare the “Old Time Vanilla” recipe but replace the half-and-half with the mixture of coconut and half-and-half. Add the extract. Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.
