Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 c of sugar (refined)
4 c of cream (table, 18%PRCTG% milk fat)
2 Tbsps of vanilla

Instructions:

Combine sugar and cream then heat till sugar has dissolved completely. Add the vanilla and let it cool thoroughly. Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.

Variation: Reduce the vanilla into a tablespoon then add a tablespoon ground cinnamon.
