White Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of cream (light)
4 pcs of eggs (large)
1-1/2 c of chocolate (white); chopped coarsely
1-1/2 c of sugar (refined)
2 c of cream (heavy)
Instructions:
Scald (light) cream on a bain-marie then add chocolate. Lower down the heat; cook till chocolate has melted while stirring frequently. Take out from the heat.
Beat eggs on a bowl then add sugar, while beating continuously till sugar has dissolved completely. Gradually add mixture of chocolate; mix thoroughly.
Add (heavy) cream; beat them well. Place inside the refrigerator till chilled thoroughly.
Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker. Transfer to a container and cover. Place inside the freezer for 4hrs.
